Roof and Brickwork Renovation

In 2009, a new powder-coated metal structure was successfully erected over the main roof areas of both the major and minor blocks at Lichfield Court. Renovations were carried out on the parapets where necessary.

The overall project, which included recovering most of the roof and replacing some of the parapet brickwork was completed ensuring a more durable and reliable roofing system for the future.
