Balcony Repairs - External Decoration

The balcony parapets and asphalt flooring of the exposed balconies were in need of some attention, prompting repairs and re-asphalting. All concrete areas were refreshed with new decoration.

In 2014, various balconies exposed to the elements were successfully repaired and replaced. Additionally, all concrete areas, front doors, and stairwell doors received attention and re decorated .

The project was completed over a period until 2017, enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of the building.
