In 2021 necessary repairs to the estate road, improvements to drainage and rationalisation of parking areas was carried out. A plan was also created to improve the adjacent soft landscaping (shrubs and greenery) all with a view to enhancing the soft and hard areas of the estate.
As part of this on going plan new trees were planted in 2025.
